| 26th April | Site visit in Vorarlberg by bike (registration office@europan.at) |
| 16th May | Deadline for participants to submit questions |
| 30rd May | Deadline for EUROPAN national offices to answer questions |
| 29th June, 23:59 (Paris) | Deadline for the online submission of the projects |
| 30th June | Publication on the European website of a temporary list of submissions |
| 1st July | Deadline for contesting the temporary list of submissions with supporting evidence |
| 4th July | Publication of the final list of submissions |
| July-September | Shortlisting of entries by the national juries (around 25% max. or at least 3 per site) |
| October | European Comparative analysis of the shortlisted ideas at the Forum of Cities and Juries |
| End Oct/Nov | Final selection of entries by the national juries |
| 17th Nov | Results Announcement on the EUROPAN Europe website |
